1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using KR Invoice Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you are using the service on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The service
KR Invoice Pro provides tools for managing business processes including customers, quotations, sales orders, invoices, payments and related records.
Features may be modified, improved, added or removed as the service develops.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You must provide accurate information and notify us if you become aware of unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use KR Invoice Pro to:
- Break applicable laws or regulations.
- Distribute malware or harmful content.
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
- Process information you are not authorised to process.
- Use the service for fraudulent activities.
5. Customer data
You retain responsibility for business data that you enter, upload or generate using KR Invoice Pro.
You are responsible for ensuring that your processing of personal information complies with applicable privacy and data-protection legislation.
6. Invoices and financial information
KR Invoice Pro assists with creating and managing business documents and records. You remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy of invoices, quotations, tax calculations, payment details and other financial information generated through the application.
KR Invoice Pro does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
7. Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to the service but cannot guarantee that KR Invoice Pro will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Subscription and fees
Where paid plans apply, applicable fees, billing periods and subscription terms will be presented when purchasing or renewing a subscription.
9. Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where these terms are materially violated, required fees remain unpaid, the service is being abused or suspension is necessary to protect the security of KR Invoice Pro or its users.
10. Intellectual property
KR Invoice Pro, including its software, branding, design and associated intellectual property, remains protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These terms do not transfer ownership of KR Invoice Pro to users.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KR Invoice Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
